Adhere to policies, processes and procedures in Call Centre Integration operations
Provide ACD first and second line support
Write specific telescripts for segmenting call routing
Ensure accurate wiring for the remote maintenance system and terminal adaptors.
Monitor Oracle/SQL database information collation
Implement end user configurations for the ACD system
Ensure monthly system backups
Run queries on the database to provide required information
Maintain ACD system interface with application in other departments including LAN Agents in remote regions
Implement the Reporting pooling process
Maintain, Backup and restore when required recorded voice activity from Agents for Supervisors
Modify reports to suit changing information requirements
Proactively troubleshoot system problems as arise
Ensure prompt upgrade of the ACD and Voice Recording systems
Monitor call routing and trunks
Ensure appropriate maintenance of the voice loggers
Manage resource planning’s interface with the Workforce system
Ensure timely patch installation anti-virus software update
Assist in determining staffing needs based on technology capacity
Generate reports on the Call Centre statistics
Participate in defining quality measures for productivity in the Call Centre
Write telescripts for directory requirement
Perform other duties as directed by the Manager, Network Group Planning
Perform O&M on post and pre-paid IVR’S
Monitor the interface between ACD and other servers/systems used in the Call center and the MTN Core Network
Manage Quality assurance systems and rate Call Centre Agents, Call center Agents occupancy, Call quality and quantity
Ensure that the information generation is maintained and Provide statistical data for all IVR’s

Administration of all MTN Trade Partners physical and logical orders

PAYROLL ADMNISTRATION
Ensure that all payroll related inputs are submitted promptly
Review all payroll related inputs and check for accuracy
Input payroll instructions from HR into the payroll system
Performs a first line review of input of overtime allowances, shift allowances, callout allowances, etc. into the payroll system
Reviews input of statutory deductions no (NSITF, NHF), spouse and staff phone bills etc
Run the payroll software
Uploading new employees into the payroll system
Review cost center changes, all deductions and check for accuracy of payroll
Print out the pay slips for all national staff
Print out schedules of statutory deductions i.e. PAYE, NSITF, Pension etc
Write transfer instructions to all banks, attaching the relevant schedule of payment
Advise and resolve all payroll related problems, complaints and ensure prompt resolution
PAYROLL RECONCILIATION
Provide relevant payroll reports
Monthly upload of staff salary cost in IFS
Reconcile the impact in the general ledger for all salary related accounts
Reconcile all salary accounts with the banks
Provide adhoc reports on staff salary costs to the relevant units within finance
Compute all end of services entitlements or indebtedness
Ensure resigned staff are not included in payroll
Compute entitlement based on resignation date
Advise HR of the net position
Clears all repayment cheque through Finance Expenditure department
Raise all appropriate entries on IFS
Raise all entries relating to cheques issued from the salaries unit, fund transfer instructions, stopped/returned salaries.
Reconcile all salary-related general ledger accounts
Assist in the preparation of Salaries unit annual budget
Review salaries journal vouchers raised manually to determine their accuracy and to ensure they impact the correct general ledger accounts.
Monitors the amortization and accruals of all salaries related payments.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
Coordinate the processing, remittance and reconciliation of all payroll related statutory liabilities (PAYE, NSITF, NHF) to ensure MTNN’s compliance with all payroll related tax laws and regulations.
Keep accurate and up to date records of all payroll related payments made to statutory authorities
Administration of statutory audit (concerning PAYE, NSITF, and NHF) process and respond promptly to payroll related queries raised by the tax authorities and other regulatory bodies.
Coordinate the preparation of year-end tax forms (Form A) for both National and Expatriate staff.
Filing of tax returns in compliance with the deadline of the statutory authorities.
Prepare PAYE audit support data for external auditor’s use.
Registration of new MTNN office/staff with the SBIR, FBIR & NSITF to avert any penalty that may arise.
Administration and deduction of staff/spouse handset and phone bill.
Prepare monthly reports related to the payroll statutory deduction within MTNN
Respond to queries related to payroll statutory deduction within MTNN
